Registered Nurse; RN - Laurels of Hudsonville

Overview

The Laurels of Hudsonville is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will use your nursing skills to lead and coordinate care for our residents, while promoting a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by the LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members who care for residents.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Assess residents' health status and notify the physician of changes; promptly implement new orders.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident’s condition and/or prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a plan of care.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
• CPR certification
