Quality Supervisor - Hudsonville Area

Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

• Supervise and train a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures on the production floor.
• Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and update quality management system documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes and products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and relevant quality management software
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

• Experience with industry‑specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) through ASQ.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles to quality processes.
