Salary Range: $47,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products against specifications.
- Conduct various tests using precision measuring instruments and equipment.
- Document inspection results, test data, and non-conformances accurately.
- Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and gauges.
- Generate quality reports and analyze data to identify trends.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Skilled in using various precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 and basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with advanced metrology equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) for SPC and data trending.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience conducting internal or supplier quality audits.
