TGK Automotive Specialists is a locally‑owned business serving clients with honesty and integrity since 2007. We maintain the highest level of repair and service at a fair price and are devoted to client satisfaction. We have immediate openings for Sales and Service Advisors.

The Sales and Service Advisor is an essential team member as the face of the shop and the client's main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.

• Promptly greet customers professionally and courteously, both in person and on the telephone.
• Listen to and thoroughly document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history.
• Recommend services according to appropriate level of knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time of completion.
• Conduct post‑repair follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track all new returns, core returns and warranty parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process‑driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
