Bluestone Physician Services seeks a professional Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) to join a field-based care team delivering primary care to seniors in living communities. Responsibilities include pre-visit planning, chart prep, patient screenings, med reconciliation and minor procedures under supervision.
The role is full-time with day shifts, in the field and with provider teams traveling to communities in Minnesota. A valid LPN license or CMA certification and a driver's license are required.
