Job Description

$50,000‑$80,000 per year with salary and bonuses.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 14531 Forest Blvd in Hugo, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in the local community.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in a management role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in operations management and process improvement techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in team building and performance management.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
