• Oversee shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts to maintain outstanding quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability, taking action as needed.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fast‑food/restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
