Een zorgorganisatie in Huizen zoekt een stagiair persoonlijk begeleider voor het ondersteunen van cliënten met psychiatrische en psychosociale kwetsbaarheid. Je helpt hen om zelfstandig te functioneren in de samenleving en begeleidt hun ontwikkelingsprocessen. De rol vereist het opstellen van begeleidingsplannen, coördinatie van zorg en contacten onderhouden. Een HBO-student in het derde leerjaar Social Work is gewenst. Er is een stagevergoeding van € 527,- per maand en professionele begeleiding is geboden.
