We are seeking a Senior Cook to join our team! Located steps from the Nantasket Beach, we’re a family-owned restaurant and open year-round; we are known for our award-winning tacos, burritos and friendly customer service. In this job, you will be working in a fun and fast-paced environment, and helping us maintain our brand for high quality food, with fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food orders. Ensure high food quality and consistency following established recipes and standards.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.

Manage food inventory, ensure supplies are adequate and rotated properly.

Lead and direct the work of junior kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.

Perform and oversee all kitchen processes, including set-up, food prep, end-of-the-day cleanup and side-work.

Safely operate all kitchen equipment, and perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance.

Experience:

3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize; excellent time management.

Strong teamwork and communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Benefits and Pay:

This is a full-time position. We will also consider part-time applications.
