Dudley (On-site) Salary: £50,000 – £55,000  Benefits The Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established and successful manufacturing business in Dudley to recruit a Management Accountant . This is a key, hands-on role within a close-knit finance team, offering real visibility across the organisation and the chance to influence operational and financial performance. You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across both finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts , including commentary and insights Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes , working closely with key stakeholders Deliver variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts , ensuring strong financial control Partner with operational teams to support costing, stock management, and margin analysis Assist with year-end processes , including audit and statutory reporting requirements Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy About You Part-qualified, qualified ( CIMA / ACCA / ACA ) or QBE with strong management accounting experience Background in manufacturing or a similar environment (highly desirable) Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting A proactive team player, comfortable working independently and collaborating across departments Why Apply?
