Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed professional services business with an exceptional reputation for supporting ambitious entrepreneurial and scale-up organisations. Following continued expansion and significant investment in its advisory offering, the business is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to join its newly created CFO Advisory Practice.

Your new role

As a Senior Manager within the CFO Advisory Practice, you will take on a highly commercial and client-facing position, partnering directly with founders, CEOs, CFOs and senior leadership teams across a diverse portfolio of high-growth businesses.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support clients in navigating the challenges and opportunities that accompany rapid expansion, helping them improve financial performance, strengthen decision-making processes and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth. The role offers extensive exposure to entrepreneurial environments and will see you working across a range of strategic initiatives, from business transformation and performance improvement projects through to growth planning and stakeholder engagement.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional finance roles and build a career in advisory, whilst maintaining close involvement with the commercial and operational challenges faced by ambitious businesses.

What you'll need to succeed

We're keen to speak with qualified accountants who began their careers within a Big Four or leading professional services environment before making a successful transition into industry.

You will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the credibility to engage with senior business leaders. Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial organisations would be particularly advantageous, alongside a genuine interest in advisory work and helping businesses achieve their strategic objectives.

Most importantly, you will be a relationship-driven individual who enjoys solving complex business challenges and partnering with ambitious leadership teams.
