AP & AR Specialist

Mitchell Adam are partnering with a global manufacturing business to support the creation of the accounts payable and accounts receivable function based in Solihull. This role requires an experienced candidate with expertise in end-to-end accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations and cash management, ideally within a international environment. This role will be collaborating with senior finance individuals within the wider business as well as non-financial stakeholders and shared service teams to strengthen controls, review processes and promote consistency.

Ideally, you will:
Have a minimum of three years' experience within finance with a strong background in AP, AR, financial controls such as balance sheet and subledger reconciliation.

Experience with in a multinational business, an EMEA Finance environment is preferred. Demonstrate the ability to manage both the AP and AR activities independently. In return, you will:
Work independently within a large global business and gain exposure working with the senior stakeholders. Have the ability to independently manage both AP and AR activities alongside further financial controls and improving process. Work to a competitive rate with the possibility of a permanent position.
