Indirect Tax Manager

Join a prestigious internationally recognised luxury brand as an Indirect Tax Manager role within the London based tax team. You’ll provide practical VAT advice on a wide range of matters, including retail, e-commerce, supply chains, imports, exports and new business initiatives.

Working closely with finance and operational teams, you’ll have the opportunity to influence key decisions, improve processes and develop your experience within a high-profile global organisation. The role offers a strong balance of advisory work, compliance oversight and project involvement. Key responsibilities Provide clear and practical VAT advice to stakeholders across the business Support new projects, commercial initiatives and international expansion Advise on VAT matters relating to retail, e-commerce and cross-border transactions Oversee VAT compliance and help maintain strong controls and processes Support VAT audits, enquiries and relationships with tax authorities Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and data quality Requirements Strong UK VAT experience gained within practice, industry or a tax authority Relevant tax or accounting qualification, or equivalent practical experience Confident communicating technical VAT matters to non-tax stakeholders Commercial, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment International, retail, consumer goods or e-commerce experience would be advantageous but is not essential What’s in it for you?
