About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Clients Hull office. This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in a collaborative and professional team environment.

As a key member of the business support function, you will ensure efficient office coordination, maintain internal processes, and provide high-quality administrative support to Directors and Engineers. Your contribution will directly support productivity, compliance, and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day office administration and internal communication

Provide professional administrative support to Directors and Engineers, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation

Support internal compliance processes including quality assurance, data protection, environmental, and health & safety procedures

Manage reception updates, office supplies, incoming/outgoing post, and meeting/travel arrangements

Maintain accurate records, input and monitor timesheets, chase missing information, and reconcile expenses

Assist in ensuring business operations meet compliance, performance, and service standards

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience coordinating diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and confidence handling emails, spreadsheets, and databases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner

A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to support various departments

Previous experience in a busy administrative environment (desirable)
