My client, a national forklift dealership, is currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join their busy team in Leigh . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Track service intervals and safety checks
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date in line with legal requirements
Raise invoices and process payments
Prepare quotes for forklift hire, sales, and repairs
Maintain accurate records of jobs, service history, and compliance documentation

Able to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment
