Service Coordinator – Hull HU13 – up to £29,355k
Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a proactive service coordinator to join a stable and supportive team—playing a key role in keeping engineers moving and customers happy.

What you’ll be doing as the service coordinator:
As a central point of contact, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations by:
Handling incoming customer calls and resolving queries efficiently
Planning and scheduling engineer workloads to maximise productivity
Coordinating with depots, dealers, and third-party providers to meet service deadlines
Tracking job progress and providing daily status updates
Monitoring job sheets and timesheets, flagging any issues to management
Following up parts requests to minimise customer downtime
Preparing estimates for chargeable work
Managing general administration, records, and internal logs (including holidays and absence cover).

💷 Salary: £28,000 – £29,355 (depending on experience)

Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch)
🌴 Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays, rising to 25 days + bank holidays
