Executive Assistant | UK Law Firm | up to £45k A highly regarded and well-established UK law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their thriving London office. Supporting senior leadership, this is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to business operations, strategic projects and senior stakeholder management within a collaborative and professional environment. The successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, managing competing priorities, and building strong relationships across all levels of a business.

Competitive salary - up to £45k DOE

Working hours:

9am-5pm Hybrid working 3/2 London Bridge location Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and decision-makers

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive support to 3x senior leaders, helping to manage priorities and schedules. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track key actions. Assist with presentations, reports, and business documentation. Support strategic projects and wider operational initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3-4 years of strong PA/EA experience in a top City law firm or professional services firm. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business administration tasks.
