Location:
Leeds Salary: £35,000 (flexible depending on experience) We are working with a well-established, independent financial planning firm with a strong reputation for providing a highly personalised service to private clients. The business offers a professional and supportive working environment, with a strong focus on client service, technical quality and delivering excellent outcomes.
The Role We are looking for a professional, personable and highly organised Senior IFA Administrator to join the Leeds office. You will provide administrative and business-processing support to advisers and clients, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and back-office support to advisers and clients. Process new business and ongoing client servicing, including investment amendments, trades and withdrawals. Support client onboarding and review processes, including pre- and post-meeting administration. Liaise with product providers, platforms and other third parties. Maintain accurate client records and KYC information on the firm's CRM/back-office system. Process client invoices and liaise with Finance regarding outstanding payments.
Monitor and progress tasks within agreed timescales. Review client documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met and resolve any remedial actions. Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers, colleagues and external providers. About You Previous experience within IFA or Financial Services Administration . Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone manner. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Comfortable working with CRM and back-office systems. A proactive and reliable approach to managing workload and deadlines.
