Choices and Rights Disability Coalition in Hull is seeking a female Personal Assistant for a 16-year-old girl in the HU4 area. The role is 6 hours per week, with duties including helping her participate in community activities such as swimming, going to the cinema, parks and seaside outings.
The PA will support independence and follow an epilepsy plan. DBS checks are required, and the employer is funded by a Direct Payment.
