Sales Order Process Administrator, East

We are looking for two organised and proactive Sales Order Process Administrators to join a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating job packs and ensuring orders progress in line with customer requirements and production schedules. This is a varied role involving regular communication with customers, sales and production teams, requiring someone who can manage competing priorities, solve problems and maintain excellent standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and register customer orders, checking accuracy, duplicate orders and lead times.
• Prepare job packs and maintain accurate customer and order information on internal systems.
• Monitor and expedite orders to ensure deadlines and production schedules are achieved.
• Liaise with customers, sales and production teams to resolve issues and communicate order progress.
• Identify and report order processing issues, supporting corrective actions where required.
• Maintain accurate records, system housekeeping and high standards of organisation.

The Candidate

• Previous experience in sales order processing, sales administration or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong IT skills, including the ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Experience with in manufacturing would be advantageous.
