You will own the Courier Mobile Apps and shape the courier experience, defining recruitment, onboarding, engagement and performance to support thousands of couriers and millions of customers.
You’ll work with couriers, UX, operations and tech teams to uncover needs, build strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
