Mace is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our Defence team in Cumbria, supporting a high profile, regulated programme. The role focuses on coordinating onboarding, security clearance and pre-employment checks while ensuring records and trackers are accurate and up to date.
You will work with project teams and external stakeholders in a hybrid, security-conscious environment, manage multiple work streams and help improve onboarding processes for timely mobilisation of personnel.
