Endava is seeking a Sales Compensation & Operations Lead to own the administration and governance of our sales compensation programs. You will serve as the product owner for CaptivateIQ, ensuring configurations, maintenance, and enhancements align with evolving plans and reporting needs.
You’ll partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Revenue Operations to drive accurate payouts, governance, and data integrity, while delivering insights through dashboards and analytics.
