Promotion Assistant

Are you interested in Japanese foods? This is a perfect role for you! We’re currently looking for a Promotion/Marketing staff of Japanese foods within governmental organisation. The aim of the role is to expand exports of Japanese food products from Japan to the UK, so the job holder, as a member of the team, will develop marketing strategies based on an analysis of local needs and promote Japanese food products to potential consumers in order to expand the market and consumption of Japanese foods products in the UK.

Also providing various support that contribute to expanding the handling of Japanese foods products, such as creating and distributing tools necessary for business negotiations and promotions for each export business. Job description :
Prior to implementing consumer promotions of Japanese food products, collect various information in conducting UK market research, including analysis of local needs, necessary for planning and implementing effective and efficient projects. Based on the information collected, assist in incorporating the information into marketing strategies and assist with various procedures, including internal contract procedures, in preparation for project implementation, and business management.

Assist in the management of consumer promotions of Japanese food products. Participate in various meetings with Head Quarter in Japan and local UK companies, coordinate schedules, and prepare materials such as minutes and reports. Provide support to the director when necessary Requirements:
Business level of English AND Japanese language is mandatory Previous experience and knowledge in marketing-related work regardless of industry Fully understand social, cultural and business customs in the UK and able to work while building trust with UK companies Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web conferencing systems such as Teams and Zoom Responsibility to complete tasks by deadlines, a proactive attitude to work, and the ability to cooperate with colleagues at work Conditions:
