We're looking for a Business Transaction Banking (BTB)
** Risk & Controls Manager - Digital Assets
** to join the Chief Controls Office (CCO). You'll play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of Digital Assets initiatives, helping to identify risks, design controls and ensure new products, services and customer journeys are implemented safely and sustainably.

Working closely with business, product, technology, operations, legal, compliance and delivery teams, you'll create and maintain effective control frameworks that support innovation while protecting customers and the Group.

As a BTB CCO Digital Assets Risk & Controls Manager, you'll:
* Lead risk and control activity across Digital Assets initiatives, providing practical insight and constructively push-back when needed.
* Design and develop end-to-end control frameworks for products, services, processes and customer journeys.
* Identify operational, conduct, financial and regulatory risks and translate them into effective controls, monitoring and assurance activities.
* Partner with programme, platform and delivery teams to embed control-by-design principles throughout the change lifecycle.
* Use data, analytics and management information to identify trends, strengthen decision-making and improve control effectiveness.
* Prepare high-quality governance materials and communicate complex risk and control matters clearly to senior leaders.

** What you'll need**
* ** Risk & Control** &
** Business insight** - Strong commercial understanding of non-financial risk, control management, operational risk or governance activities, including identifying, assessing and mitigating risks, and designing, implementing or enhancing control frameworks, risk assessments and monitoring activities in a large, and complex organisation.
* ** Decision Making** &
** Data literacy** - Ability to analyse information, evaluate options and make sound recommendations to support effective decision making.
* ** Managing key relationships** - Strong leadership and business partner management skills, including influencing and constructively challenging senior leaders across multiple functions.
* ** Change & Transformation** - Experience working within change, transformation, product development or delivery environments and supporting safe implementation of new capabilities.
* ** Communication** - Ability to communicate complex information clearly through governance papers, presentations and drive colleague engagement.
** And any experience of this would be really useful
*** Understanding of Digital Assets, distributed ledger technology, tokenisation or related propositions.
* Experience applying control-by-design principles within large-scale programmes or strategic change initiatives.
* Experience using data and analytics to improve control monitoring, reporting and risk insights.
