Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Triton, our purpose is “to inspire everyone to shower sustainably”.

We make feel‑good showers for everyone, and every kind of day. That’s nothing world changing, but we’re trying to do our bit. An electric shower can help save water, save energy and save you money. Meaning households in the UK can enjoy every wash with a cleaner conscience.

Triton Showers are proud to have been honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise in recognition of its outstanding commitment to Sustainable Development, which places sustainability at the heart of its long-term business strategy and Net Zero ambition.

The Role

As the UK’s market and brand leader in showers, Triton continues to grow and is therefore looking for an experienced Business Administrator, who is enthusiastic and adaptable to join the Customer Experience Department, working with the Business Administration Team.

This role is all about providing first‑class service support to all of Triton’s account customers. The ability to work to strict deadlines in a very busy environment is a definite advantage, so we believe this position is likely to suit someone who is confident and looking for a new challenge.

The responsibilities of the role are:
  • Dealing with incoming orders and e-mails
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Order validation of products and prices
  • Development of administration systems and processes
  • Flexibility within the department
  • Data input into company database, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Ensure all reports are completed in line with departments service level agreements
  • Maintain accurate filing systems daily

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional data entry and numeracy skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and commitment for the role
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

You will work a 35¼ hour week, although flexibility will be required to meet customer demands.

We offer great working conditions, a subsidised staff restaurant, 5 weeks’ holiday + additional bank holidays, free life assurance and a contributory pension scheme.
