Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the projects, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

Duties:

* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

* Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts

* Monitor project progress in terms of costs, budgets, and timelines

* Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects

* Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

Skills:

* Proven experience in cost control within the construction/manufacturing industry

* Strong analytical and numerical skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Proficient in using relevant software for quantity surveying

* Effective communication and negotiation skills

Pay and Requirement's:

* All Expenses paid to the company policy

* Travel required around the country

* Working hours generally Monday to Friday

* Great salary on offer
