Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple projects across various frameworks. This position is ideal for someone with experience in retrofit, scaffolding, or general construction services, who is looking to take their career to the next level. Youll be responsible for ensuring cost control, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting are effectively managed, while driving profitability and compliance throughout project life cycles.
Key Responsibilities Take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-contract stage through to final account. Prepare and submit payment applications and valuations, ensuring all costs are captured accurately.
