Derby-based main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a Hull-based 45-week project with a strong Midlands pipeline. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule targets are met.
Experience delivering schemes up to £10m across retail, commercial, education or industrial sectors is required. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management are preferred qualifications.
