Immediate We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 12-month commercial construction project based in Hull .
Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors and site labour. Monitor programme, quality, and health & safety compliance. Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project management team. Maintain accurate site records and reports. Requirements Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Valid SMSTS , CSCS Black/Manager Card , and First Aid at Work certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects to programme Linsco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
