Contracts Manager
LOCATION :
Commutable from Beverley , Hull , Driffield, Bridlington , Selby , Goole , Doncaster , Grimsby , Scunthorpe, York
SALARY AND BENEFITS :
Up to £60k + vehicle +benefits + bonus

The role
You ll have real ownership of your projects, seeing them through from tender to handover. Based at the Hull office, which has its own dedicated workshops, you ll work closely with site teams, clients, and management to make sure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Applications are welcome from experienced Site Managers / Site Supervisors who are keen to progress their career and move into a Contracts Manager / Project Manager role
What you ll be doing
- Managing contracts from start to finish after handover from the General Manager.
- Leading and supporting site teams, sorting problems quickly and practically when they arise
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
- Keeping a close eye on budgets, programmes, and progress
- Carrying out site visits to check quality and safety and making sure all work meets industry and company standards
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS and project paperwork
- Experience in industrial insulation, pipework, or a similar sector, ideally with 3-5 years in a similar role.
- A good working knowledge of contracts and commercial terms
- A practical leader who s comfortable managing people on site
- Clear communicator who builds trust easily
- Able to juggle multiple projects without losing the detail
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Confident using office documents and spreadsheets
