Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial delivery on construction and infrastructure projects. You will oversee cost control, procurement, subcontract management and financial reporting from pre-construction to final account.
The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills, experience in rail or major infrastructure, and proficiency in MS Excel. UK driving licence is preferred.
