At Salix Homes, resident safety is our highest priority. We're delivering a major, multi-million-pound Building Safety Remediation Programme, transforming eight high-rise residential buildings through the Government's Cladding Safety Scheme.

As our Programme Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of this complex programme. Working alongside the Senior Programme Manager, you'll help coordinate programme governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, financial monitoring and programme controls, ensuring activities are effectively planned, monitored and delivered.

This is a varied and rewarding role, providing the opportunity to work across multiple projects and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, consultants, contractors, Homes England and other partners to ensure information is accurate, risks and actions are effectively managed, and governance requirements are met.

What you will be responsible for
You will:
  • Coordinate programme governance, meetings, reporting and key actions.
  • Maintain programme controls, including risks, issues, decisions and action logs.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and presentations to support programme governance.
  • Monitor programme progress, highlighting risks, dependencies and issues.
  • Maintain accurate programme documentation, records and audit trails.
  • Support financial monitoring, funding records and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and information across internal and external partners.
  • Support procurement, consultant and contractor coordination.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme governance and reporting.
About you
What we're looking for

You’ll be a proactive and organised individual who enjoys coordinating complex programmes and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

You’ll also have:
  • Experience supporting projects or programmes within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations and programme documentation.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • The ability to identify risks, solve problems and support informed decision-making.
  • Experience with in housing, construction or another regulated environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
