Location: Kingston upon Hull
Falcon Green Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Site/Project Manager to finish a c.30-unit new build housing scheme in Reading. Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term security and potential move to a 250-unit site near Oxford.
You will own the site through to handover, manage subcontractors and programme, liaise with clients and NHBC, and uphold health and safety standards across the site.
