Voids Supervisor

Voids Supervisor (Temp) – Hull £30/hour CIS Rate  Immediate Start  Hull & Surrounding Areas We are seeking an experienced Temporary Voids Supervisor to oversee void property refurbishment works across our Hull portfolio.

This is a hands-on, site-based role managing multiple trades and subcontractors to deliver quality, compliant void turnarounds on time and on budget.

What You'll Be Doing
• Supervising day-to-day void property works from strip-out through to final handover
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors across trades (plastering, plumbing, electrical, joinery, decorating)
• Interpreting and applying SOR (Schedule of Rates) pricing to works packages
• Ensuring all works meet void property standards, building regulations, and health & safety compliance
• Carrying out quality inspections, snagging, and sign-offs
• Maintaining accurate site records, daily diaries, and progress reports
• Liaising with client representatives, surveyors, and in-house teams

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience supervising void property works in a social housing or maintenance environment
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification as a minimum
• Strong working knowledge of SOR rates and cost control within maintenance frameworks
• Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors and holding them to programme and quality standards
• Solid understanding of building regulations, CDM, and health & safety legislation
• full UK driving licence
• Local to Hull or able to commute easily to
