Junior Project Manager - Renewables (Hull)
Hull (must live within 45 minutes)
£45,000 + vehicle + bonus + benefits
Full-time | Permanent | Immediate start
The Opportunity
Our client is a growing renewable energy contractor delivering large-scale commercial projects across the UK.
This is a hands-on Junior Project Manager role offering a clear pathway into Project Management. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll gain exposure to every stage of project delivery, combining practical site work with project coordination and administration.
You'll split your time 50/50 between site and head office, working closely with the senior Project Management team.
This role is ideal for someone from a Solar PV, electrical or construction trades background who is looking to progress into Project Management.
Essential Requirements
Must live within 45 minutes of Hull
In-date Telehandler certification
Experience working on commercial construction, engineering or renewable energy sites
Previous supervisory or team leader experience
Strong understanding of site health & safety, RAMS and CDM compliance
Confident completing project documentation, reporting and site administration
Desirable
Commercial Solar PV installation or supervisory experience
SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH
CSCS / ECS card (or working towards)
Experience delivering commercial renewable energy or construction projects
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the day-to-day management of subcontractors and site activities
Running site inductions and toolbox talks
Supporting H&S, RAMS and CDM compliance
Carrying out site quality checks
Coordinating materials, deliveries and logistics
Producing weekly project progress and stakeholder reports.

£40,000 - £45,000 starting salary
