Location: Kingston upon Hull
Graham Rose is recruiting a Building Surveyor for Oxfordshire on a hybrid basis, client-side with a local authority. The role involves writing specifications, producing reports, and conducting stock condition surveys on corporate and commercial portfolios.
A newly qualified surveyor with demonstrable writing experience will be considered. Contract length up to 18 months; daily rates around £225 PAYE or £300 CIS/self-employed, with weekly pay.
