You’ll conduct detailed property surveys, manage repair works, supervise contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and value for money across projects from instruction to completion.
The role requires surveying experience in social housing or residential properties, knowledge of building maintenance and health and safety, and a full UK driving licence.
