Bimplus is seeking an experienced Temporary Voids Supervisor to oversee void property refurbishment works across Hull. This hands-on, site-based role manages multiple trades and subcontractors to deliver quality, compliant void turnarounds on time and on budget.
You will supervise day-to-day works from strip-out to final handover, coordinate plastering, plumbing, electrical, joinery and decorating trades, apply SOR pricing, and ensure adherence to building regulations, CDM and health & safety
