DutiesReview drawings, specifications and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Measure quantities and obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Monitor project expenditure, identify variances and support cost control.
Maintain cost records and contribute to tender submissions and project reports.
Liaise with project teams to clarify requirements and resolve estimating queries.
