A leading healthcare Trust in Cottingham is seeking a switchboard & helpdesk operator for a 22.5 hour role. Key responsibilities include answering calls, liaising with couriers, and managing transport requests. Successful candidates will be dependable with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. This position contributes to patient flow and involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, and participation in a Bank Holiday Rota is required.
