THE ROLE We are recruiting Front of House / Customer Service Staff to join our team at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent visitor experiences in a busy public venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service - Ticket and merchandise sales - Managing visitor flow and entry times - Assisting with seating and session turnover - Supporting families and school groups - Answering visitor questions - Handling payments and basic sales records - Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events Friendly communication skills Professional and reliable attitude Availability for the full contract period WHAT WE OFFER £13 per hour Fixed-term contract Supportive team environment
