Location: Kingston upon Hull
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in a client office in Farringdon. The role is part-time, 6 months, offering 24 hours per week with a rota covering 7 AM to 7 PM.
You will cover front-of-house duties, deliver high-quality service to clients, and support day-to-day operations while liaising with stakeholders and handling ad-hoc tasks. The role emphasizes Rapport values and professional etiquette.
