Bristol University Press is seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Services Assistant to provide sales and customer support to the Books and Journals Division. The role will assist in delivering institutional sales campaigns and market research.
You will be the first point of contact for queries from institutions, libraries and authors, and will support the sales team with ongoing customer service queries while updating FAQs and user guides.
