Location: Kingston upon Hull
Red Sector Recruitment Limited is recruiting Band 3 Administrative Colleagues to join our Healthcare Call Centre on a 4-week temporary basis. The role focuses on patient support, accurate record updates, and delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced clinical environment.
You will handle calls, assist service users, maintain confidentiality, and work as part of a busy NHS-facing team during 8:00am to 8:00pm shifts. Previous NHS or call centre experience is desirable.
