Mobile Device Management Service Manager

Acting as a key point of contact for a major Mobile Device Management (MDM) contract, you will oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, coordinate customer requests, manage device deployments, and ensure an exceptional experience for both users and stakeholders.

This hands‑on position offers a blend of office‑based, field, and customer‑facing responsibilities, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and services. Working closely with customers, technical specialists, and operational teams, you will resolve issues, manage service tickets, support device administration, and maintain accurate records. The role also includes supporting home visits, customer onboarding, and occasional retail store activity, providing a diverse and rewarding workload.
