The Opportunity:

As a Graduate Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in:
 
Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
Helping to coordinate engineers and service visits.
Keeping customers informed and helping to resolve their queries.
Recording accurate information within the company’s internal systems.
Building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners.  Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive customer experience and helping the wider team deliver a responsive and reliable service.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who can bring:
 
A degree or equivalent experience, with an interest in starting a professional career.
A friendly, confident and professional communication style.
Good organisation skills and the ability to manage different tasks.
A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn.
Care and attention when recording information and completing administrative tasks.
The confidence to ask questions, share ideas and work as part of a supportive team.  You do not need previous experience in this industry. Full support will be provided to help you learn about the business, its customers and the systems you will use.
