Quickline Communications in Willerby is seeking a Customer Tech Support Advisor on a fixed-term contract to provide frontline technical assistance for broadband, Wi‑Fi and VoIP services. You will guide customers by phone or email and diagnose issues to restore service.
The role requires following diagnostic processes, logging interactions, and helping update customers on outages. Telecoms experience and strong customer service skills are desired, with an understanding of broadband connectivity.
