- Friday Napton, Southam (RURAL LOCATION YOU MUST DRIVE) We are currently looking for an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Customer Service Advisor to join a business in Napton, Southam for a 5 month contract until January. This role comes with stable hours in an SME business. This role requires someone to be immediately available, if you have notice this is not the job for you.
So what will you be doing? - Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with queries
- Making outbound calls to follow up or update customers
- Logging calls and updating customer records accurately
- Resolving complaints and escalating where needed
- Processing orders, returns or amendments
- Liaising with other departments to resolve issues
- General Administration What experience do you need? - At least 12 months phone based Customer Service experience - IT literate
- Experience using AI systems is highly desirable
- You must be immediately available
