M Dental Recruitment are assisting a dental practice in Herne Bay, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent, self-employed basis. The role is full-time (32-40 hours) with a mix of NHS, Private Fee Per Item and Private Plan income. Typical earnings are £80,000 to £130,000 per year based on 4-5 days per week, with in-house training, support from treatment coordinators and hygienists.
